Christmas time is all about peace and goodwill to everyone and what is more important than reminding ourselves that we should love one another and be at peace? This non-traditional Santa is reminding us that it is important to be at peace with one another, and not just at Christmas time.
Adding colour with your embroidery onto fabric adds another dimension to your embroidery. The most common form of colour is created by Derwentwater artists pencils, Inktense pencils. Inktense pencils can be used like colouring pencils, but their most amazing qualities come into play when the colour is activated with water or another medium. Their colours become brilliant with a light of transparency like a very intense watercolour. But since they are inks, the colours are permanent once dry. It is just like colouring in, but a lot more fun.
Santa’s coming is one in a series of three non-traditional Santas which can be made up into wall hangings to adorn your home over the Christmas period.
