A rambling Rose grows over an old post holding a bird’s house in an overgrown garden. Such a pretty find in the garden – who knows what else you may find.
Red work is a form of embroidery which uses one colour of embroidery thread to trace simple line drawings. Though red is the traditional colour to use in Red work, other colours can be used or even stitched in multi colours. Red work is such a versatile form of embroidery and uses simple embroidery stitches such as Back Stitch, Daisy Stitch and French Knots. This red work would look great framed in a lovely frame or sewn into a wall hanging.
